Fresh look of GFP revealed by visiting www.gospelfolio.com
Port Colborne, ON (October 18, 2011) – Gospel Folio Press Ministries, the non-profit organization and Registered Charity specializing in providing quality Christian books and literature to Christians worldwide, has launched a new website.
The new website, www.gospelfolio.com, provides visitors the opportunity to learn more about GFP's ministries, our growing team and recent successes. The site will be of tremendous value to Christians looking to increase their understanding of how GFP can assist them in finding quality Christian books, literature, Bibles, and commentaries, as well as in Sunday School Materials.
The new website was developed with three key strategic areas in mind: quality products, quality services, and value to customers.
"We believe our new website better reflects our ability to be a trusted source to our customers" said the Manager of Gospel Folio Press Ministries, Sam Cairns, "The new website also allows us to share our growing ministry with you. We are blessed to have been distributing God's word for the past 88 years. In these difficult economic times we have continued to strive to bring quality and uplifting literature for the study and enjoyment of our customers."
Gospel Folio Press is known for its goodly heritage and work in the Christian publishing sector, and carries more than 6000 products in its shop along with its own published titles numbering over 200.
Gospel Folio Press is has been a distributor of fine quality Christian books and products since 1923. During its 88 years of service to the Christian community, Gospel Folio Press has consistently published and distributed sound Christian materials across the globe.

Here is some information that most (maybe) would not know about Gospel Folio Press. We continue to publish, print and distribute Booklets, Tracts, Bibles and Books. Plus we distribute good Christian Literature from other publishers throughout the world. We now stock over 7,000 different titles in our warehouse. During the 88 years since Gospel Folio Press started large volumes of product has been distributed to the Lord's people, some donated to those in different areas that need Christian Literature. Over the years millions of books have been donated, as the Lord provided for the Ministry of Gospel Folio Press. We want to continue this part of our operation. The Lord has been pleased to use the Literature for His glory. Several years ago GFP Charitable Donation Fund was established to support this part of the Ministry. All donations received are credited to this Fund to help support the donations made to: Missionaries, Gospel outreach efforts, New Churches, and Prison Ministries. Recently we have made shipments to different Ministries in several locations throughout the world. Some shipments were to: Christian Salvage Mission – who distribute literature to missionaries in different areas. Prison Book Project – who distribute Books and Literature to the Chaplains working in 187 different Prisons throughout the USA. New Life Prison Ministry – who work in several Prisons and Jails throughout Canada. Welland Canal Mission – who visit and distribute Gospel Literature to the many sailors on ships from different Countries of the world. Plus, many donations are made directly to Missionaries, Evangelists and Churches to support their efforts in the spread of the Gospel. We are encouraged as we work in the Ministry of Gospel Folio Press, watching the increased interest and requests for Christian Books and Literature, as we continue to fulfill the Mission established from the start in 1923 as the Lord continues to provide.

On Tuesday August 23rd. the big truck arrived with the load of Choice Gleanings Calendars from the printer. It is always an exciting day to see the new shipment of Calendars arrive after working on the publishing for over 5 months. This marks the 72nd. Anniversary for the Daily Devotional Calendar, believed to be the first Daily Devotional ever published and distributed to the Christian Marketplace. It has been published, printed and distributed throughout the world every year since 1940. In the Choice Gleanings Calendar we include: Scripture reading guide, if followed will take you through the entire Bible in one year. A Scripture verse to read, think and meditate on throughout each day. A Meditation for the day, from one of our many contributors providing a devotional thought, some instruction, encouragement, or a Gospel message. We are so encouraged each year when we review all the positive comments, received from readers in different areas telling us how the Lord used the meditations of Choice Gleanings to comfort, encourage and strengthen them in living their Christian life while going through a difficult time in their life, or the time of sorrow from the loss of a loved one. Each year we receive new meditations from over 55 faithful contributors, who devote their time to the study of the Word of God, and share their thoughts with others in ministry and through the Choice Gleanings. If you are one of the thousands that over the years have been faithful readers of the Choice Gleanings Calendar, we want to express our sincere thanks for your continued support. We would like to encourage you to order early for this new year. If you are not familiar with the Choice Gleanings and have not yet started receiving it and reading it we would encourage you to start this year.
