The Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Galatians 2:20, NKJV

For days a battle raged on the slopes of Triangle Hill, Korea. When brave American troops retook their position of the previous day, they found the cold, still body of their major. With tear-moistened eyes, a young infantryman was heard to say, “He didn’t belong on this hill; he didn’t have to be here; but he was here just the same.” The Lord Jesus didn’t belong on Calvary’s hill, and He didn’t have to be there. He was there in love for you and me. As a repentant sinner, believe this soulsaving truth and be assured of heaven. —Arnot P. McIntee

I do believe, I will believe that Jesus died for me!
That on the cross He shed His blood from sin to set me free.
—William Cowper
