Genesis 41:1-49; Psalm 18:30-50; Matthew 24:1-28

But the voice answered me again from heaven, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common. Acts 11:9

The person that is born again—cleansed by God—is no more common, but chosen of God and beloved. Let us then be very careful how we regard the Lord’s people. View each one as God sees them, as one of His jewels. “Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another” (Rom. 12:10). —D. Pickup

We are called to be God’s people, showing by our lives His grace,
One in heart and one in spirit, sign of hope for all the race.
Let us show how He has changed us, and remade us as His own,
Let us share our life together as we shall around His throne. —Thomas A. Jackson
