The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. Psalm 23:1-2
What a beautiful picture! Yet it is true in the spiritual sense for those who know this wonderful Shepherd of the sheep. We can truly say, “Because the Lord is my shepherd, I have everything I need.” Not only does He provide our physical needs, but more importantly He gives us our daily spiritual needs as well.
